- Communication Protocols:
- For seamless coordination, all group booking details, confirmations, and any necessary changes will be communicated exclusively through the designated point person within your group.
- Table Reservation Requirement:
- Group tables will be reserved up to 5 minutes prior to the scheduled seminar start time on the event day. Group members must be present before this deadline. Failure to do so will result in the release of the reserved table.
